HANDS-ON LEARNING EXPERIENCES
I offer blended art workshops for children and adults that combine eco art education with hands-on creative practice. By integrating traditional techniques such as calligraphy and handmade paint-making with contemporary methods, I create immersive learning experiences that connect art, sustainability, and place-based exploration.
Over the years, I have taught more than 1,000 participants across a wide range of ages and experience levels. It is a true privilege to share these accessible, meaningful art experiences and help others rediscover the joy of making while learning about natural materials and environmental stewardship.
In 2024, I was awarded a grant from The Nature Conservancy in partnership with The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts to lead a plein air painting workshop at the Andy Warhol Preserve in Montauk, New York. In 2025, I completed an artist residency at Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve, where I facilitated a paint-making and plein air workshop that explored landscape, ecology, and creative process through sustainable materials.
In December 2025, I partnered with Mastic Beach Conservancy to launch their Ecology Art Lab, a community-focused workshop series that blends environmental education with hands-on art making. This program centers local ecosystems, climate awareness, and creative engagement for participants of all ages.
I offer private lessons, group workshops, and fully custom workshop experiences for schools, nonprofits, museums, and community organizations. Each program is thoughtfully designed to meet specific learning goals, foster creative confidence, and provide an inspiring, hands-on environment that supports both artistic growth and environmental awareness.
